Adrian stayed on from yesterday's navigation course. It goes to show that despite previous training and experience there is still a lot to be learned from focusing on and joining in with a planned training day. So for this ML refresher we combines navigation with a second day getting stuck into the nitty gritty (no pun intended) of rope work around the rough ground surrounding the Peak district gritstone outcrops.
